What age is classed a a child
Children aged 2 - 12 years old are eligible to use these tickets. Children aged 2 years and under can be admitted, but a small local fee may apply. Children aged 12 years and over are classed as adults. Please see individual attractions' websites for full details.
Ticket Validity and Attraction Restrictions
Personalised e-tickets, with the exceptions below, are valid until 31st December of the year that they are bought and must be redeemed before this date.
Alton Towers Resort package e-tickets are only valid for three days from the date of the commencement of stay.
Drayton Manor Park package e-tickets are only valid until the end of October.
You must have access to a printer to be able to participate in this promotion. E-tickets will be available to print once your booking has been confirmed and your package has been paid for. The correct number of e-tickets must be printed, single sided, prior to your short break. Period of validity will be printed on the e-ticket as well as a serial number. You must surrender a page of the e-ticket at each attraction visited. Any defacing or changes to these e-tickets will render them invalid and photocopies are not accepted.
It is the e-ticket holder's responsibility to check the validity of their e-ticket prior to visit. Please check individual attractions' websites for full details prior to visit. The operator takes no responsibility for refused entry as a result of presentation on non-applicable or invalid opening dates or times. Each attraction has the absolute discretion to refuse entry for whatever reason they judge fit.
Please present your e-ticket at the information / customer service desk, rather than proceed directly to the standard entrance. Please note that entry will be refused unless a valid e-ticket is presented, even if you have pre-booked quoting the serial number. A ‘no ticket, no entry’ rule is in place.
Should any e-ticket, identifiable by its serial number, be presented and fraudulently redeemed on more than 1 occasion, the operator of the scheme reserves the right to reclaim the value of the additional visits through a charge on the credit/debit card used to purchase the e-ticket.
E-tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other third party offer (including any promoted by the attraction visited). E-tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or sold. There is no cash alternative. The value of the ticket is £0.00001p. Proof of identity may be requested by participating attractions.
Please do not embarrass the staff at our partner attractions / activities / experiences by trying to use one of your e-tickets on more than one occasion at the same venue, or by presenting e-tickets at more venues than permitted by your break, as your e-ticket will be refused.

Rearranging your stay
Any request to rearrange your date of stay must be made to the accommodation provider before 2:00pm on the day prior to arrival and acceptance of such requests and any associated charges will be at the discretion of the accommodation provider. If no notification is received before 2:00pm on the day prior to arrival, your booking may be considered a 'no show' and your request may not be accommodated. Cancellation is subject to the hotel's discretion.

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer files. The hotels participating in this promotion undertake to use their best efforts to provide the accommodation and services requested but reserve the right to substitute alternative accommodation and services in a hotel of similar or higher standard. Room rates shown on this reservation are subject to change without notice should government taxes be introduced or changed.
The operator of these packages is not liable for compensation for such refusal, nor for any claim made in the event of poor or non-delivery of service/loss of property, personal injury or death to any party members.
